Encore Consulting Academy is a hands-on, immersive learning experience led by the Encore Veterinary Consulting team. This is not a theoretical program or passive coursework. It’s practical, interactive, and grounded in real veterinary practice challenges.

Over six months, participants will:

Learn directly from seasoned veterinary consultants
Engage with advanced business and operational concepts
Develop a consulting mindset and diagnostic approach
Complete a real-world consulting practicum
Graduate with a Certificate in Veterinary Consulting Excellence

This Academy is intentionally small and selective to ensure meaningful discussion, mentorship, and individualized feedback.

Encore Consulting Academy is application-based to ensure the right fit for both participants and the cohort experience.

Once paid, you will be able to complete the following within your account:

Complete the application form
Upload your resume or CV
Upload a PDF example of slides you have created for a presentation, workshop or staff meeting
Upload a document you have written or authored in the past 2 years

Step 2: Application Review

All applications will be personally reviewed by Brenda Medina, President of Encore Veterinary Consulting.

Application deadline: April 1, 2026
Selected applicants will be notified after the review period

Step 3: Enrollment

Those selected for the inaugural cohort will receive an invitation to enroll.
