How do you go about promoting/choosing leaders within your practice? There are a set of soft skills that one must develop in order to thrive in a leadership role and help the team grow in a way that will make the practice successful and the team happy and engaged! Join us as we help facilitate that training!
We’ve taken 10 vital servant leadership concepts and broken them down into their moving parts to ensure each leader is on the right track for the mindset and soft skills necessary to be successful. This 6-month program will introduce those concepts to your leadership team and help them grow in each of these areas.
What the Program Includes:
- Twelve 1 hour meetings (10 leadership topics, 1 prep meeting and 1 closing meeting), scheduled every other week, same time/day.
- Homework resources for each subject and supporting discussion questions.
- Leadership Workbook - Included in your registration is our in-depth leadership workbook. Each enrolled team member will receive a copy. This workbook serves to enhance the training experience and should be used along-side. As in any program, the more you are able to put in, the more you will get out of the experience!
- Access to the recorded meetings and supplemental materials will be stored so that future leaders within the practice can go through the same training.
- Pre and Post leadership skill assessment to help with performance coaching.
- Three month post-program, 1-hour follow up call with consultant to check-in, continue to measure progress and answer any development questions that have come up.
Price starts at $600/month for 6 months for up to 6 team members. It is an additional $100/month for each additonal team member.
